With over 35 years of IT-related experience as both a staff engineer and a consultant in both government and business sectors, Scott is an extremely flexible and versatile IT professional with strong management, technical, and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Scott has extensive experience in network design, implementation, security and analysis and troubleshooting in enterprise environments while also being well versed in project management practices, leading network implementations and IP network design efforts. In addition, he has significant experience in facilities and cable plant design, implementation management, and vendor management. Following a career in the U.S. Air Force, Scott began working as a consultant, providing network design engineering and project management services for numerous organizations in a variety of government and business sectors. As a consultant, Scott has been involved in numerous large-scale projects both domestically and internationally. Scott has participated in and led large scale global network upgrade and integration projects, focusing on complex converged infrastructure designs. Scott has extensive experience specific to large scale corporate acquisitions and divestitures, focusing on network infrastructure integrations on a global scale. Scott has over 25 years of experience on the Global IT stage, having implemented LAN and WAN infrastructures both onsite and remotely throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has experience working with most Tier 1 Telecom companies (BT, Telefonica, COLT, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, ChinaTel and maintain relationships with several European IT Integrators. In the past 10 years, Scott has designed and implemented multiple large-scale Cisco ISE / TrustSec architectures, predominately in Healthcare and Manufacturing
